The IDU’s two biggest technology corporations — ZSuites Incorporated and Andromeda Inc.— are once again locked in a public merger battle, in the latest example of attempted consolidation to hit the industry.

The combined companies, which both have offices in Zamastan and Libertas Omnium Maximus, boast some of the largest shareholder stocks in the IDU, and are two of the largest companies in the world. ZSuites Incorporated sought a merger with Andromeda in April for Z$ 40 Billion, but that was declined by the Andromeda board. The new proposed offer would see ZSuites buying out the company for an astounding Z$ 136 Billion. If the merger is accepted, it will no doubt be the largest corporate consolidation purchase in history.

The propsed entity, which does not yet have a name but would likely remain a combination of ZSuites and Andromeda, represents a wide variety of technological fields, and would branch into an equilibrium agreement for consumers both in Zamastan and Libertas Omnium Maximus. It is believed that the board of Andromeda would likely be able to stay aboard as Chief Advisors to the company.

Both companies are already owned by publicly traded marketing giants in their respective nations, but have operated separately in the highly competitive landscape of tech business publicity. Tauren Delavian, CEO of ZSuites, said that “by combining, the firms will be able to cut costs and enjoy increased clout in technology and other branches and sponsorships in entertainment and sports.”

But in an interview, Chairman Lily-Grace Burris said the deal is about growing both businesses rather than shedding expenses.

“We’re both growing really fast, and we’re looking at this as a way to service our clients globally,” she said.
